Both the Key and fobs will be collected from the co host Zonja, she will hand you the front door key and the entry fobs. She will also be the main point of contact for any concerns you may have. Upon checking out post the keys into the post box. Checkin timings must be confirmed with the cohost before arrival.

Recently refurbished Georgian second floor 2 bed apartment in a historic town centre building. The building is the former head office of Suffolk seed stores & was converted into shops & two luxury apartments in the 90s. The location is in the centre of town with a parking space behind the building in a private courtyard. A 2 minute walk will take you to the train station & waterfront & historical Sutton Hoo is just a 5 minute drive. You won’t find a better spot to explore the town & county!

A unique holiday flat . A large living space with TV and WiFi . Dogs welcome. Amazing panoramic views across the Suffolk country situated on the banks on the river Deben with a private balcony Walking distance to town , shops , curry house and restaurants. Private hot tub in a beautiful small private decked area outside overlooking a field full of ponies and sheep . * we just need to say that the bath is currently not working due to water pressure issues very peaceful and romantic

Pleasantly presented 2 bedrooms (1 x super king bedroom, 1 single bedroom) first-floor apartment with its own front door. The property is superbly located right in the heart of Aldeburgh and features a wonderful view from the sitting room up and down the high street. The property benefits from a ceiling propeller fan (perfect for hot summer days), Super-fast Wi-Fi, and x1 TV (a small one in the sitting room). The TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix etc.

Great little studio apartment, bus stop outside the property with good access to Ipswich and Felixstowe, we are located within a 2 minute drive to Trinity park Showground, a 10 minute drive to Ipswich hospital, BT Martlesham, Woodbridge and Felixstowe, 5 minute drive to Levington marina, there are many restaurants, pubs and cafes all within a short drive away, For people who enjoy walking in the countryside, we have some lovely areas around us to explore.
