The village is all equipped with all the comforts such as; restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, bank. Nearby you can find picturesque Spanish villages and the Guadalest reservoir. Beaches are a 25-minute walk away. Guadalest's pool is open during the summer. The apartment consists of: bedroom, living room, kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, nespresso, dishwasher, microwave), shower and large roof terrace.

Come and enjoy nature and the tranquility of a village in the mountains. Our accommodation is perfect for a couple, but with the sofa bed you can come with the kids or even two couples. We are 100 meters from the village, with an atmosphere where you can breathe in peace and quiet. In the front garden, there are some trees, an orchard, and a maze with 700 cypresses. Behind is the terrace where you can take in the views of the Cavall Verd mountain, where breakfast will be a spectacle.

"K'EL METGE" Rural Accommodation in Penáguila

"K'EL METGE" is an ideal place for families and small groups. 48m2 very well organized and very charming. A double bedroom with an outside window, another with bunk beds (sleeps three), a bathroom with a very practical walk-in shower with outside ventilation, a pantry, and a large living room connected to the kitchen through an island. It has a cozy wood stove, whose strategic location gives the living room a special comfort. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi included. Dogs are welcome.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

A minipool is framed by wooden fencing, with the sunset casting warm hues over the landscape. Olive trees surround the area, and a stone pathway leads to the pool, inviting relaxation in a tranquil outdoor setting.
