The garden with seating, terrace and private pool offers plenty of peace and quiet. Moraira and Jávea are a 15-minute drive away.

Comfortable lounge and dining area, open kitchen and a large terrace and BBQ area which leads you out and down a few steps and to the large swimming pool, tennis courts and communal area.
