Very cozy and modern apartment with one of the most beautiful views of the Costa Blanca. 360-degree sea view from the spacious terrace. Beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom with rain shower. Ideal location on a very quiet street without through traffic and only 50 meters from the two swimming pools of the complex. 5 restaurants (two with private swimming pool), large supermarket, paddle tennis/tennis, riding stables and more 2-3 km away. As well as beautiful Moraig beach. Moraira is 8 minutes away by car, Javea is 15 minutes away.

This amazing villa in Benitachell - Moraira has a large terrace with private swimming pool with warm shower. It has beautiful views to mountains. With clear weather you can see Calpe rock and sea. It has 4 bedrooms , 2 large dining tables, sun-beds, bar/ BBQ. Next to the villa is enough car parking. Shopping mall with supermarkets are 2 minutes drive away. The town Moraira and beach are 6 minutes drive away. Village Benitachell 4 min away. Alicante airport 1 hour away. Valencia 1.15 hour away.
