Hiking and skiing trails on site access 40 acres and Rabbit Creek greenbelt. Wildlife is often seen in our yard. Chugach State Park and Golfing are a 10-min drive. Grocery, gas, and restaurants are 3 miles away. This private apartment has a separate entrance (located on owner's property). Includes full kitchen, laundry and all ameneties.

Gooding Lake has a small sandy beach and float plane access. The canoe & kayaks are free to use.. Guests must walk up a full flight of steps.

Lupine Cabin

12' x 12' One room cozy cabin with a queen bed, toilet, shower and kitchenette. Included is free WiFi, access to gas BBQ and laundry facilities. It gives you an Alaskan "trapper" cabin feel that even includes a slightly slanted floor after weathering its share of earthquakes over the years. The toilet and shower are behind a curtain, so we recommend this cabin for 1 person or a couple who like each other very well. It works best for 1 to 2 night stays for a couple.
