This beautiful beachfront modern villa is located inside a protected biological reserve and right in front of the Pacific Ocean. It's built in one of the few places in Costa Rica where a house can be so close to the ocean. Minimalistic and spacious architecture, private pool and parking, amazing ocean and sunset views and all the features you would expect from a city house. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. We offer all of the best qualities of the country but are only an 8 minute drive to Atenas central. We offer sweeping views of the mountains, valleys and the Rio Grande by day with unparalleled views of the city lights of Alajuela at night. We are located on a mountaintop farm but are only 35-45 minutes from Jaco and other popular beaches, hiking and waterfalls. We are at 2432 feet above sea level so the temperature is perfect.

The river flows June to Dec. and is a major bonus! It is a 3 min. drive to the tranquillo Islita beach. The space is newly built and is clean, comfortable, safe and organized. You have all the necessities for your stay. Coffee, stove, towels, bedding, and we have reliable internet & TV.

Beautiful, private villa with a fabulous ocean view and a secluded, infiniti pool. Very popular villa with both honeymooners and retired people. It is a private subdivision with 30 villas with support from rental managers and other staff. The villa is almost equal distant from both Liberia - LIR and San Jose - SJO airports. I believe it is easier to drive south from Liberia airport on a straight, scenic and paved highway 21.
