Superb new spacious, comfortable, functional, air conditioning. Wifi. Bright, not overlooked, very quiet. Ideally located between the city and the lake. Family home remodeled in 2017. With friends and family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, pool, you almost don't need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... Beware of the many pools, swimming pool, sloping grounds, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles for small children or people with reduced mobility.
