In the historic ambience of our listed patrician house, we lovingly furnished a cozy apartment in 2020. Although centrally located, you are accommodated in the building, thanks to 80 cm masonry and modern technology, in a totally quiet and relaxing manner. The special flair of the old awaits you, combined with modern comforts. Here you can feel comfortable! From the chair you have a view of the Bilstein Castle, which is only 200 m away and illuminated in the evening.

The cozy, approx. 75 m² apartment can accommodate up to four guests with a bedroom, bathroom, living area with smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi, a safe, parking and self check-in ensure convenience. Hiking and cycling trails as well as the lake, boat dock and ice cream parlor can be reached in about five minutes. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

It is a very nice two-room apartment with private shower room and fully equipped kitchen. A box spring bed is in the living/sleeping area with a large TV. Private small terrace, ground-level access in a quiet residential area, but centrally located. There is a connection to bike paths in the immediate vicinity. It is only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train. Close to Biggesee, Sorpe and Möhnesee. Ideal as a starting point for many activities!

There is a key box at the entrance with front door key and the code of box will be sent shortly before check-in. The property is 10 min by car from the city center. The Bigge Dam is a 15-minute walk. Thus, the apartment is close to both city and nature.

Walnut cottage on the Listerhof

Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
