Bill’s Barn Rochester Vermont 3 Bdrm entire house

Our place is a 1980's barn/woodshop that never housed animals that has been converted into a lovely three bedroom home.We are 20 minutes from Rikert 2019 hosts of the Bill Koch Festival and the Middlebury College Snow Bowl.The place is light and airy with southern and eastern sun.The main living room has 13 foot ceilings with lots of couches, arm chairs and places to hang out, read and or relax.We are in the heart of the Green Mountains with skiing and colleges, an easy drive from the house.

Wake up to stunning views of Sugarbush in this “Flat Roof A-Frame". Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

Enjoy the large kitchen surrounded by a great room & solarium. 6 bedrooms with 3.5 baths can accommodate a crowd. Mudroom with custom lockers. Enormous fire ring with Adirondack chairs. Central heating/AC, super fast WiFi . 5 mins to Middlebury. Home is on 25 acres, providing privacy and peace. Making memories is easy here!

Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river.
