It is part of a small rural core surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. It is divided into two apartments with an independent entrance: one of about 200 square meters and another of about 40 square meters with a sauna. The two apartments are connected by an internal staircase that allows you to have the entire house.
