In the summer you will enjoy the quaint front porch and backyard patio full of colorful flowers nice for outdoor dining. The fenced backyard is perfect for bringing your dog. Small dogs 25 pounds and under require a one time $50 pet fee and dogs larger than that are up for discussion. Parties and gatherings are not allowed without permission and $100 fee.

The 800+ sq ft space includes a private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and balcony with views of downtown. Picnic table and grassy area below balcony can be used on those nice Iowa days.
