Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

There is also the outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The fishing water and the boat ramp is 1 km away. New in 2024, the veranda can be closed off with a wall.

Very luxuriously furnished vacation home directly on the water with a 13-meter-long jetty for a sailboat or fishing boat (also for rent). Within a few minutes you can sail to the Volkerak. The water is also connected to the Haringvliet and the HD. The house is centrally located for a day at Grevelingenstrand (5 min.) or the Noorzeestrand (20 min.). Cozy towns in Zeeland are also not far away. The city of Rotterdam, popular with tourists, is only 25 minutes away by car.

Go for a nice walk in the Kalmthoutse Heide or cycling by the water. The bus has the following amenities: - Fully equipped kitchen - Spacious double bed - Cozy sitting area - Storage space - Air conditioning & heating - Free coffee & tea Luxurious bathroom (including rain shower!) and toilet nearby. Discover the picturesque villages on Goeree-Overflakkee or visit cities such as: Rotterdam (30 min), Zierikzee (30 min), Willemstad (15 min) or Breda (40 min).

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Or use it as a base for visiting Rotterdam, Antwerp, Zeeland. In short, there is something for everyone!

Cottage on the Binnenmaas

This stylish accommodation is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. In the middle of nature, on the water. Hiking, biking, working, relaxing. You can do it all in our cottage in the middle of the island of Hoeksche Waard. But Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Breda are also 30 minutes' drive away and can easily be visited from the location. The cottage is accessible by car via a private unpaved road and is surrounded by meadows.

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. The Finnish cottage is a copy of the main house. The fully glazed front, equipped with triple glazing, offers a wide view of the polder. The practice greens of the small par-3 golf course are literally and figuratively at the door. In the early morning, there is a good chance that a hare, pheasant or partridge will pass by.
