This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

L'Écrin Beige – Discover this spacious 53 m² 2-bedroom apartment with balcony and breathtaking views of the rooftops of Strasbourg, recently renovated (2024). On the 5th floor with elevator, this apartment is very quiet, bright and ideally located: 8 min walk to the train station, 11 min to Petite France and 15 min to the Cathedral. You will enjoy a central location, close to tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and tram. Baby umbrella bed available on request.

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The floor is reserved for you and will allow a stay in complete independence and privacy. The rest of the house is not accessible.
