The house is located in an unspoiled area with a fantastic view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christiansø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is allergy-friendly and pets are not allowed. The stay is without bed linen, towels, etc., but can be ordered in good time for DKK 200 per person

The house is a few minutes' walk from Svaneke center and just a few steps from the Klippestien and overlooks Vigehavn. The house contains three bedrooms, one of which has two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can be placed instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and private south-facing terrace. There is good insulation, district heating and a wood-burning stove and is therefore rented out all year round.

Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Plenty of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. Beautiful terrace with garden furniture. There are duvets and pillows in the apartment, but you need to bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The refrigerator has a small freezer. There is a TV and TV box with Google TV. The apartment must be left in a clean condition. You can pay for yourself - it just needs to be agreed upon at the latest upon arrival.
