The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

On the top floor there is a toilet, two bedrooms, a double bed, two single beds plus a cot, you have to go through one room to get to the other. The ground floor consists of an entrance bathroom, living room and a nice kitchen with access to a small courtyard with a barbecue. Aahytten is a cozy older house from 1877. The living room is spacious with fireplace, TV and Wi-fi, the style is rustic and relaxed. Beautiful west-facing terrace, morning sun at the end of the garden, secluded natural plot with Muleå through the garden.Bathroom is in an extension, you have to go out under a covered terrace, to get to the bathroom, where there is a washing machine, sink and closet space. We have improved a lot at Aahytten the last 10 years and we continue to improve at the house
