Du vil elske min bolig på grund af, at det er et sommerhus med fantastisk beliggenhed for enden af skoven og med vandet som nærmeste nabo få meter fra hoveddøren. Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Our cozy wooden house is located only about 150 meters from the sandy beach on Louns peninsula in beautiful nature, with many opportunities for walking, running and cycling. Nice harbor environment with ferry, fishing and marina. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the town's inn or marina, overlooking the fjord. The house is furnished with three small bedrooms, a functional kitchen, And a newly renovated bathroom. Heating is with a heat pump, wood stove. Annex with lovely view of the field. Here in lovely Himmerland, it is not far to Aalborg and Viborg. We are very close to one of the country's finest golf courses at Gatten Golf Center. But there are also opportunities for fine golf experiences in Lynderup, Hvalpsund and Volstrup. Anglers also have good opportunities in our area, where Lerkenfelt Å is in the backyard and Simested Å is only a few kilometers from here. Our banquet hall/apartment can accommodate a party of 40 people or a family of up to 5/3 beds

Everything was replaced and renovated in 2012, only the visible ceiling beams are kept. It has beautiful views from the apartment. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, this can be purchased.
