Petit appartement fonctionnel au calme sur la presqu’île, Lyon 2. Facilement accessible et central. Tram T1- T2 reliant à la gare Perrache (2 arrêts) reliant au métro A ou à la Gare SNCF. Fonctionnel, pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée (lave vaisselle, Four combiné micro onde, Nespresso), coin nuit donnant sur Loggia. Calme et agréable à vivre je peux en témoigner puisque j’y réside et le met à disposition durant mon absence (n’est donc pas vide) Possibilité de stationnement pour petit véhicule

ATTENTION cet appartement est à partager avec un petit chat gris appelé Modjo dont il faut un peu s’occuper 🐱

Notre appartement ( 54m2) est situé à 1 minutes de l'hôtel de ville et de l'opéra ainsi que du métro ! Il est proche de toute commodités car il y a un supermarché casino en bas de l'immeuble ainsi que plusieurs endroits pour boire un verre ou faire du shopping. De plus, il y a un gardien dans l'immeuble qui sera toujours présent en cas de besoin. L'appartement se situe au 3 eme étage côté toit, il est donc extrêmement lumineux !
