Terrasse très agréable de 15m2 Nul besoin d'une voiture, tous les transports en commun sont a proximité du logement, tramway, métro, vélo publics. Commerces de proximité, bouchons lyonnais, bar-péniches sur les quais, promenades au bord du Rhône.

La Campagne à la ville. A seulement 10 min à pied de l'Hotel de ville, perchée sur les hauteurs du Vieux-Lyon, notre maison est un véritable bijou de verdure dans la ville. Un cadre rare et agréable. L'appartement se compose d'un salon / cuisine, d'une chambre et d'une salle de douche. Il offre une belle vue sur la colline de Croix-Rousse. 1 place de parking mise à disposition gratuitement. Mais attention, l'accès le plus direct à la ville ne se fait que par les escaliers à St Paul (cf photo).

Our flat is just nearby Saint Jean in St Georges : 4 mn walk to the subway station Vieux lyon and Funicular to Fourviere Cathedral. Come and visit old Lyon just walking into the "Traboule" and historical city center : We are located just into the historic district included on the list of Unesco World Heritage Site.

Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, Its rustic and dark entrance may surprise you. The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. Il est situé au dernier étage -avec vue- dans un immeuble typique, datant du XIXe siècle, à 100 m de la place des Terreaux et de l'Hôtel de Ville de Lyon, à moins de 200 m de la station de métro "Hôtel de Ville" et des principales lignes de bus (C3) , et à environ 5 min du Vieux Lyon à pieds.
