The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and was completely renovated in 2020. With a size of 75 m², it offers five people enough space to spend their vacations in a pleasant atmosphere. Extra beds and the use of a large garden plot nearby (15-minute walk) are possible on request. Free parking is available in front of the house or directly opposite. Shopping, such as a butcher and a Netto market with a bakery branch, are within 2 – 5 minutes' walking distance.

A two-story house features a mix of traditional and modern architecture, set in a lush green landscape. Potted plants and flowers are arranged along the patio area, where outdoor seating is available. The sunlit exterior showcases a clear sky and well-maintained garden.

It can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and up to 2 children with a large 1.80 m wide bed and a sofa bed (approx. 1.20 m wide). Attention motorsport fans: the Sachsenring is only 4 km away! There is the possibility of setting up a baby crib.

In our rooms you have free Wi-Fi and parking is available in front of the house. The charming wooded surroundings invite you to hike, walk and cycle. In winter, the ski resorts of Schöneck, Mühlleiten and Klingenthal invite you to ski.

Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.

Internet: 50 megas download, 10 megas upload. Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

The kitchen features a square dining table surrounded by four chairs, set against a backdrop of black and white tiled flooring. Natural light enters through two windows, with small plants placed on the sills. A minimalist wall art piece adds a subtle decorative touch.

The apartments are therefore bright and friendly, well equipped and still inexpensive! When you stay at this centrally located accommodation, you'll be close to all the essentials. The accommodations can be easily reached via the A72 or A4 -> B93.

Green cottage under Klínovec

This green house is special for its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original just newly renovated. Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
