Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Brandenburg idyll with private lake access

The accommodation is located on the beautiful Lake Teupitz, which is suitable for swimming and all kinds of water sports. The house has been newly built and has all kinds of modern gadgets that make living extremely comfortable. The interior design has been adapted to the apartment by the lake in a bright and contemporary way. A king-size box-spring bed invites you to end an active day in Brandenburg nature comfortably. In addition, our guests can expect delicious teas and Nespresso coffee.

Modern bungalow with direct lake access and fireplace

Experience an idyllic retreat near Berlin with direct access to the private jetty on the small Zeschsee – perfect for those looking for peace and nature. The charming bungalow, inconspicuous from the outside, offers modern comforts on 50 m²: a tiled stove for cozy evenings, a fully automatic coffee machine for the perfect start to the day, dishwasher, barbecue and fire bowl as well as a terrace with dining area – all to make your stay unforgettable. There is also a small rowing boat ready.

Brandenburg countryside with train connection

The "Kranichhof" is only a few minutes from the swimming lake in the old village. There is a big orchard and horse paddocks. The apartment: 1 living/bedroom with mini kitchen and dining table as well as a beautiful new shower room. The place is very pretty and comfortable - good for couples and solo travelers. Travel cot for infants for €15/day. For only 1 night we charge a laundry surcharge of €10 per person. Pets allowed on request only - the fee per animal is €15/day.

Oasis of the metropolis - loft in Lanke Castle

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Do you want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, enjoy nature and still experience the proximity to Berlin and Potsdam? How about a short vacation in the Körbiskrug recreation area between forests and lakes! The cozily furnished apartment is located on a spacious property with shared garden use, free-range animals and accessible water access. Perfect for families and nature lovers. This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Lovingly furnished small apartment with box spring bed, kitchenette, small shower room with window and infrared heating, private patio terrace and private entrance in upscale, quiet residential area. The construction corresponds to a small bungalow. There is free public parking nearby. The studio is thoroughly cleaned after every visit, disinfecting the surfaces. Check in and out independently with a key box.
