The apartment near the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Bauhaus Dessau" is centrally located on the short route between Dessau Central Station and the Bauhaus and opposite Anhalt University of Applied Sciences. The paths to the city center and many attractions are short and within walking distance. In the house, there are four apartments and two medical practices, behind which there is a parking lot that is locked at night.

You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.
