Domeček POD KOSTELEM

Newly renovated 19th century manor house. The entire house with a separate entrance, a terrace with a grill and parking is available. The house has a convenient location in the center of Hluboká, less than 200 m from the square overlooking the church and 700 m from the castle. We would like guests to feel like they are visiting good friends, where they can, among other things, enjoy the comfort of our reading corner with a library in the alcove. Families with children are also welcome, and they can enjoy a cozy sleep on an elevated stage under the stairs on the site of the former furnace.

You will have everything the city has to offer: theatres, cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, shopping centers, bike-ride along the river, monuments of the city such as the Black Tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, City Hall and much more.

This quiet, newly built modern apartment is designed as a 1+kk. The whole space is airy and pleasantly modern. In the living room there is a double bed, a wardrobe, a living and dining area. The kitchenette is fully equipped. Additional sleeping areas are located on the open floor under the roof accessible by a wooden staircase. All mattresses are comfortable and healthy. From the apartment there is a direct entrance to the terrace, from which has a beautiful view of the Hluboká nad Vltavou chateau.

Dům postaven cca 1830 na základech středověké brány do města na cestě "Svatá Anna" z Čelkovic, leží těsně pod hradbami na jižním svahu nad údolím řeky Lužnice, 2 minuty pěšky od hlavního náměstí. Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Jednoduchý, skromný typ ubytování, nerekonstruovaný byt z 70. let minulého stoleti, pro nenáročné cestovatele. V docházkové vzdálenosti centrum, vlakové a autobusové nádraží. Byt se nachází v 1. patře bytového domu z 19. století. V koupelně je vana, v umyvadle v koupelně neteče teplá voda (trubka je ucpaná asi někde ve zdi a rekonstrukce by byla velmi složitá a drahá).

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
