Situată ultracentral în orașul Deva această garsonieră vă oferă confortul pe care vi l-ați dorit întotdeauna. Curat, elegant,intim ! Acestea sunt atributele după care ne ghidăm pentru a vă face sejurul în orașul nostru, de neuitat. Facilitățile proprietății sunt urmatoarele : - lift - bucătărie utilată/ dotată complet (frigider, plită electrică vitroceramică, hotă, mașină de spălat,cuptor cu microunde cu grill, expresor cafea, fierbător, prăjitor pâine) - baie cu cabină de duș modernă (duș tip ploaie + duș flexibil, feon, prosoape,gel duș, șampon, săpun lichid) - sufragerie cu pat matrimonial king-size, saltea cu spumă cu memorie, canapea extensibila (smart tv led diagonală mare, internet wi-fi gratuit, aer condiționat cu invertor, iluminat led, dulap, pantofar, masă și fier de călcat). Locația este nouă și dispune de centrală termică proprie și geamuri termopan tripan care asigură o izolare fonică perfectă pentru liniștea dumneavoastră. Surrounded by mountains, wild forests and rivers, is the best place for adventurous people, groups of friends or families. We provide you a pool (during the summer time), fresh fruits from the garden and lots of options for hikes. If you need a place to disconnect from the daily life routine and connect with the nature around you, we are waiting you in our cozy place!

Barn

Cozy converted barn with fireplace; nature retreat

Newly restored and converted barn, a magical space with lovely views of the surrounding mountains and hills. The barn is ideal for 2-3 people, but can accomodate a maximum of 5, with a double, a single and a sofa bed (access to sleeping space requires climbing stairs or a ladder). 20 metres from the barn, there is wood and a fireplace for an evening chat and stargazing by the fire. An outdoor shower with solar heated water is also available. The kitchen is functional and has amazing views!

An open space features large glass windows, allowing natural light and expansive mountain views. A hanging chair is suspended from the ceiling beside a spacious bed, while a freestanding tub is positioned on a striking floor that mimics flowing water.

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Here you can escape the noise and urban stress, leaving behind the daily bustle and concerns. Accommodation capacity 10 people. The cottage is approx: 30 km from Alba-Iulia, approx. 5 km from the protected area "Cheile Caprei"( Cheile Fenesului) and approx. 20 km from the protected area "Poiana cu Narcise" from Negarleasa. We have 2 rooms with double beds and a 1 person bed and a room with 2 beds.

Wooden House

The cottage is designed to calm the mind and delight the soul, it has a generous yard that offers privacy. It is perfect for an escape from the city, as it offers an authentic experience of connecting with nature. At the property there is a female Labrador named Theea, very nice and calm, and a black boy cat named Bagheera. In the same large yard of 1500m2 there are two other houses, completely separate, I live in one of them.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. 2 tubs(hot tub) take the open air with a mountain view, at an altitude of 1000 m. 2 atvs for rent 2 houses of 6 people each, reported to 2 people/room Amazing view to Dambau Peak 1369 m altitude. Very quiet area,close to the forest and without neighbors. Very large area, 900sqm. Barbecue and cauldron area. We are waiting for you in a fairytale place!
