Our hut is a unique refuge that combines tradition and modernity. Located at an altitude of 1,370 m, it offers breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains and flowering alpine meadows. With a history of over 100 years, it has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms with mountain views, and a sunny terrace. Hiking trails start right outside the door, and the sauna provides relaxation after an active day. Ideal for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Nina's apartment

The apartment Nina is located in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet and sunny location. In a few minutes you can reach the ski resorts Spieljoch, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal Kaltenbach. The Fügen adventure spa is also in the immediate vicinity. For hikes in summer, there are many possibilities available, such as the Haselbach waterfall. The apartment features free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor seating.

Our Rosenklee apartment offers 130 m² of space for 6–10 people. It has three bedrooms with high-quality double and bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms with rain shower, toilet, hairdryer and music system. The 27 m² larch wood veranda with patio furniture offers mountain, pool and sun views. Ideal for two friendly families or groups – spacious, comfortable and perfect for shared vacation moments.

Keller-Apartment SONJA

The small but cozy basement apartment is located in Hart im Zillertal in a quiet location and a few minutes' drive from ski areas such as Spieljochbahn, Hochfügen and Hochzillertal. These are easily accessible by public transport. Our location is the starting point for beautiful hikes. (e.g.: Schleierwasserfall, Vogellehrpfad…) The adventure spa is also located in the neighboring village.

Landhaus Linden, Apartment Emma, Top Location

Host offer for families. Our country house is in a very quiet yet central location. The Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen ski resorts can easily be reached by ski bus from us. In summer, we are an ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can walk to the first tee of the Uderns golf course from us. If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!
