Around the lake you can experience untouched nature. The Elster Cycle Trail connects Saxony and Thuringia along the reservoir dam. The town of Elsterberg with all shopping can be reached in 3 minutes driving.

Our lovingly furnished apartment is located in the idyllic village of Tiefengrün. In the immediate vicinity of an inn and only a few kilometers away from the German German Museum Mödlareuth. Due to the convenient location to the A9 and A72, excursion destinations are easily accessible. Ideal starting point for destinations in Northeast Bavaria, Southeast Thuringia and impressions on the former German/German border. We are also happy about guests in transit, hikers and cyclists. Greiz - Enjoy peace and views

Our apartment on the first floor of a two-family house is close to the city center, yet very quiet in a side street and offers our guests a separate entrance. From here you have a magnificent view over the rooftops of the city. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the morning sun in the garden for breakfast. Bread service is possible on request. A sandbox and playhouse are available for our little guests. In the farm garden, chickens, ducks and rabbits can be admired.

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.
