Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Unsere Sauna ist für alle Gäste von Oktober bis März geöffnet. Unsere Lage ist einfach mega! Zu Fuß zum See, zu vielen Restaurants, zum Bäcker, Friseur und zum Tante Emma Laden. Two bedrooms with double box-spring beds, a nice bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, a living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with, of course, a dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. The apartment is 60 m2. There is also a balcony of 21 m2 running along two sides of the apartment. This is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
