Van harte welkom in onze knusse pipowagen, met veranda, tuin, aparte privé douche/toilet en weids uitzicht over weilanden. Vanuit de pipowagen kun je volop wandelen en fietsen over de Buisse Heide of te voet naar Achtmaal met gezellig dorpscafé. Op 20min fietsen ligt Zundert en met de auto ben je zo in Breda of Antwerpen. Zin in ontbijt? Dat kan! (14,50 pp, graag vooraf opgeven) Zin in 4 lokale speciaalbiertjes? Dat kan! Spacious and Cosy Monumental Mansion

Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. In town-center.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Filion's Tiny Place! This is a caravan that I completely refurbished into a Tiny Place myself. This is located behind the barn in the same yard as the B&B, but can be rented separately. The name says it all: it is a small house. The bedrooms and bathroom are small and take into account smaller beds than you are used to (140x190). There is a cozy living room and compleet kitchen! PAY ATTENTION! BBQ not allowed (due to thatched roof), garden of the main house is NOT INCLUDED.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

You experience absolute peace and can fully come to yourself. But once outside the gate it is only 15 minutes drive to Breda and Roosendaal, 25 minutes to Antwerp and 35 minutes to the Efteling.
