Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. You can relax here alone, with family or friends. On the property there is an aviary with a small herd of peacocks. The immediate neighbor of the garden is a pine forest with its unique climatic charm. Nearby there is also the Kwisa mountain river, which in the season is organized by kayaking.

Every fragment of the turret, every room is a blend of history, old materials, and the medieval spirit with design and comfort. Here, nothing is perfect... no right angles, no obvious spaces. There is plenty of stone, wooden floors, old restored windows, a wooden staircase in the center of the house reminding you of the age of the home. There are cobwebs that appear out of nowhere. Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
