Furnished tourist accommodation, classified***, 30 m2 located at the gates of Aurillac. It's already the countryside: calm, greenery and little birds! Apartment for 2 people adjoining our house but totally independent (private terrace, 1 private parking space). Ideal location for a professional stay (Aurillac 5 minutes away) or tourist: Puy Mary, Lioran ski resort 40 minutes away – Salers 30 minutes away – Swimming at the St Etienne Cantalès dam 20 minutes away. My place is quiet, 8 km from Aurillac by the RN 122. Beautiful nature walks to do, even on foot from the accommodation. This apartment is good for couples, solo travellers, business travellers and families (with children). The basic price includes one-person accommodation, to which should be added €20 per night per additional tenant. Contact me for kids under the age of 12. For babies, an umbrella bed is available.
