Just five minutes drive to 401 and Weston Road and a ten minute walk to the UP-Express (airport train), Weston Go Station and bus stops just around corner.

It was completely renovated in early 2025 with a 1950s vintage travel vibe you'll love. Brand new bathroom, full separate bedroom with queen size bed (ENDY mattress), TV, desk, plus living area with fireplace & sofa bed. There is also a kitchenette/laundry. 3 min walk to Jane subway. Ceiling 6'5" with 1 lower beam. We live upstairs--the unit is noise insulated.

Basement Apartment - New Build!

Full basement apartment of a brand new home which was recently featured in Toronto Life Magazine. Fully loaded with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and laundry. The best sound dampening we could implement - it's very quiet. Incredible home gym and foosball table. Nice outdoor dining and BBQ area. 1 parking space in the driveway included, however, street parking isn't usually an issue, although technically not allowed.
