There is many Restaurants and shops in the nearby Ballantyne area. You can take a short drive to Pineville, NC and hop on the local commuter shuttle for a few dollars and explore all areas of Charlotte without paying for parking and navigating through busy traffic. This private basement apartment is 1500 square feet of fun! Bedroom with a new king bed/ dresser/desk, connecting bathroom with a walk in shower. Living room has large TV/videogames and sofa, small dining area. Rec room has pingpong/pooltable/foosball/toys/games/ double bed/ twin bed/blackout curtain; stacking washer/dryer. We live upstairs with a locked door separating us. Patio with table/chairs and yard. We are in the back of a subdivision where it is quiet. (No parties.)
