This is the first private lodging facility in Iwadeyama area. It is a 55-year-old Japanese traditional wooden Heike. The bath, washroom, toilet, and kitchen area are remodeled at the end of 2023. There are 3 bedrooms and 6 sets of futons, so it is recommended for families and groups. There is an air conditioner in the 3 rooms between the LDK, the double Japanese-style room and the board. Parking There is free parking on the premises.(Up to three vehicles) [Surroundings] It is an 8-minute walk from JR Iwadeyama Station, an 8-minute walk to a nearby convenience store, and good access throughout the town. It is a dormitory type guest house using a trailer house. About 3 hours on the Akita Shinkansen from Tokyo, 6 minutes on foot from Kakunodate Station. There is also parking.
