We are located I Schwoich Dorf (Village), in the heart of the Austrian Alps- within driving distance from Innsbruck (75 km), Kitzbuhl (22 km), Kufstein (5 km) and many other beautiful Alpine towns and resorts. The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. The self-contained studio has a furnished kitchen, a spacious bathroom, dining and lounging areas.

Quiet room near Lake Achen and Zillertal

Whether alone or as a couple, here you can sleep comfortably on box spring mattresses, wash away your worries under the rainshower and arrive and depart easily. The small 14 m² apartment is perfect for those passing through who are looking for a clean, stylish place to stay and require humane prices. The cozy apartment in the traditional Tyrolean style is located on the first floor of our apartment building and comprises a generous 81 m². In the fully equipped kitchen-living room is a large, round dining table with a sitting area, which invites you to linger, especially on long winter evenings. The apartment also has 1 living room, 1 bedroom, a spacious corridor (as is customary in farmhouses in Tyrol), a bathroom, separate toilet, terrace and fenced garden area.

Cozy and modern furnished first floor apartment with 55 m² in a representative Art Nouveau house from 1909. The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.

Our cozy holiday apartment offers you a wonderful view of the mountains - especially the Wilder Kaiser. The apartment is quietly located and is divided into a large entrance hall with a wardrobe, two cozy bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. For your daily needs, there is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The historic town of Kufstein can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

(local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

In the Junior Suite Accessible category, you can expect an apartment of over 40 m² for up to four people with a king-size double bed and a high-quality double sofa bed.
