Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". Freshly renovated flat in Hawick with perfect location to explore Scottish Borders. Very spacious, bright and airy, but cosy at the same time. Fantastic views, log burner and traditional features. The accomodation is centraly located near to the Town Hall, very close to the High Street with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Book a minimun of 3 night to receive a basket of snacks. Book 7 night or more to receive a breakfast pack and a bowl of fresh fruits.

Melrose & Tweedbank railway station is a 10 min drive, Edinburgh is just under an hour away.
