Apartment with separate entrance and small terrace in the private house. All windows on the sun side. Bedroom with double bed /bedding, living room with couch corner and sleeping accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower/towels, garden use possible. Parking spaces available for free in the premises. Shopping 300 m, center 20 min, train station 15 min, Munich center 35 km, fairy tale forest 300 m, Isar 400 m, ski resorts and hiking 25 km, dogs possible (dog available).

Apartment in a quiet location

The apartment is on the first floor of the family house. Next to it is our riding stable and nature (meadows, forest and the lake). The sofa can be folded out into a sofa bed on which 2 children or an adult can sleep. If necessary, a large, comfortable folding mattress (1.20 m wide, 15 cm thick) can be added. It is 3 km to the train station in Tutzing. By train you can get to Munich in 30 minutes and in the other direction to the mountains. It is approx. 10 minutes' walk.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

In der Wohnküche könnt ihr nicht nur kochen, sondern auch gemütlich zusammensitzen. Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück der Wohnung - mit herrlichen Blick in den großen Garten. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Arbeitsplatz. Neben dem Wannenbad gibt es noch ein separates WC.

Our wooden house was completed in the summer of 2021. The natural material wood is not only in the facade, on the floor or on the ceiling, wood swirls around you with the great smell and a great feeling of living. It was built in a passive house manner, i.e. in summer the thick walls keep the heat out and in winter it is nice and warm. Come in and take a deep breath in this quiet location.
