Airy Boutique Flat in The Heart of West Didsbury

Prepare meals in a new chef's kitchen, dining on the glass-topped table in the plentiful light provided by high ceilings and tall, double-glazed windows. In the living area, a minimalist approach is offset by quirky furniture and vibrant pictures. Newly refurbished, with lots of light. This is a one bedroom flat with high ceilings and tall double glazed windows which keeps things nice and quiet even though you are right in the middle of one of Manchester's trendiest neighbourhoods. The flat has a wonderfully styled minimalist living room, full of quirky pieces of furniture.. To add to your comfort we have just upgraded to a smart TV with all free view channels and NETFLIX for a wide selection of Movies and series. A brand new well equipped modern kitchen and walk in shower in the bathroom. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and ample storage for clothes and luggage. Free unlimited WIFI and off road parking. We have a sofa bed in the living room for friends/families traveling together. We also have a fold out single bed/travel cot we can put up for kids at your request. Burton house is the perfect location for experiencing cosmopolitan West Didsbury with its boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Location location. If you like being in a trendy area and having fabolous resturants and bars on your doorstop along with easy transport links (mins from your door).. This is the flat for you. Tea and coffee making facilities are available, as well as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cafetiere, toaster, sink and cupboard space for longer stays. No amenities are shared with other guests. 1 Free parking space on the property and use of a communal garden. I am always available to you by phone or email. Burton House is on Burton Road in West Didsbury, a highly sought-after location. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, including Sunday Brunch, celebrity chef Simon Rimmer's vegetarian restaurant, and multi-award-winning The Lime Tree. A few steps from the bus-stop, 3 mins walk away from the tram and a 10 mins taxi drive from Manchester Airport and Manchester City Centre. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a Victorian conversion.
