Delightful one bedroom house in a lovely quiet residential area of town. Purchased as a holiday home and loved by the owner. The flat is warm and welcoming decorated tastefully throughout. The house is a two minute walk to the Town centre in the historic town of Hawick situated in the lovely Scottish Borders. Hawick is renown for its stunning natural park and cashmere industry. The town is an an ideal base for exploring the stunning Scottish Borders, a golfing, fishing and cyclists paradise.

The living room features a traditional log burner on a stone fireplace, surrounded by comfortable seating, including a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. A decorative cowhide rug lies on the painted floorboards, while large windows provide natural light and views of the surroundings.

Freshly renovated flat in Hawick with perfect location to explore Scottish Borders. Very spacious, bright and airy, but cosy at the same time. Fantastic views, log burner and traditional features. The accomodation is centraly located near to the Town Hall, very close to the High Street with walking distance to cafes, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Book a minimun of 3 night to receive a basket of snacks. Book 7 night or more to receive a breakfast pack and a bowl of fresh fruits.
