Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. The former Haflinger stable was converted into a holiday home by 2022. It offers an innovative living concept for lovers of special architecture. Great importance was attached to sustainability and regional building materials during construction. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors, bright large rooms and exciting furnishings make the house something very special. In the morning you can have breakfast on the terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the Obersitz mountains.

A mini kitchen, shower, dry separation toilet and fire pit are available in the common area on our farm.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
