The recently renovated apartment is located in the cozy district of Bottendaal with terraces and cafes in abundance. It is within walking distance of the Central Station, City Centre and Radboud University and Hospital. Parking is also no problem. The street is quiet and green. Very spacious apartment in the basement for 2 to 4 p. A private covered outdoor area (Serre) located directly on the lake with a jetty and magnificent view. Swimming and water sports are plenty possible. The lake is located in a nature reserve where cycling and hiking trails are not lacking. Would you like to shop or sniff culture, Den Bosch, Venlo and Nijmegen are just around the corner. The apartment is fully furnished. Coffee/tea facilities included.

The nature reserve, the European cycle path and a bus stop are 300 meters away. The Reichswald can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. A gym is about 500 m away. The studio is near our University, the city centre and the train station. Also near forest, and nature around the Waal river. The studio is located in a nice old house, with steep stairs. part of a protected cityscape of Nijmegen. It's very cosy and has a comfortable bed. My studio is best suited for couples and solo-adventurers.
