Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. Modern art, design furniture, high-speed internet, air condition, smart TV with Netflix, workspace and a modern eat-in kitchen are standard. On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Pure nature near the city, large house with many rooms

In the protected biosphere park Wienerwald, our spacious single-family home is located in a large garden on the edge of a small village, just 20 minutes by car from Vienna. In the immediate vicinity is a large forest area, and the neighboring village is Heiligenkreuz with the famous 700-year-old Cistercian monastery. The imperial hunting lodge Mayerling (tragedy about Crown Prince Rudolf) and the thermal city of Baden with the approach through the lovely Helenental can be reached in short trips.

Rustic loft and nature

This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

Wir sind Christa und Christian und haben 2024 in unserem hübschen Haus in Südlage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Wiesen und Wälder des Wienerwaldes eine Einleger-Wohnung errichtet. Die vielen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, die Poolbenutzung einerseits und die Nähe zur Stadtgrenze (6 Kilometer) machen die Unterkunft zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für eine Mischung aus Städtetripp und Erholung. Die Haltestelle befindet sich 3 Gehminuten entfernt (Achtung, Google maps ist falsch!)
