Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. May not be suitable for very overweight, tall or elderly people due to height restrictions and narrow stairs. Entire coach house with parking on Ecclesall Road

Delightful coach house (detached and set back from the main property) with private courtyard, garden access and off road parking. Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.

The old stables - sleeps 2 near Dore Station

A cosy one bed cottage for a stay in Sheffield and easy access to the Peak District. The cottage has a living room (with wood burner), bathroom and kitchenette on the ground floor with a double bed upstairs in the eves. You have private garden over the bridge across the brook and a sunny patio for outdoor dining. Please note the house backs directly onto a small train track. The house is well noise insulated but you will hear the trains regularly.
