It is close to the Salisbury Airport (SBY), Salisbury University (SU), Perdue Stadium (Delmarva Shorebirds) and short drives to University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES), the beaches in Ocean City MD, Asseteauge Island, Md and some Delaware beaches too. Winterplace Equestrian Park is within 4 miles and Pemberton Historical Park is just across town. Price includes parking in the attached oversized 2 car garage.

You’ll love my place because of a quiet location on a small cul de sac. Easy access in and out of community, near the entrance. My place is good for families (with kids). Lot of room to spread out and unplug:) Must be over 21 to reserve:)

Wagon Wheel Cottage

Remodeled country farm house cottage that was built by our uncle in a quiet rural area surrounded by farm land. Other family members live all around us. It's located in the small town of Powellville, Md. It is 21 miles from Assateague, 20 miles from Ocean City, 12 miles from Berlin, 13 miles from Salisbury and 41 miles from Chincotegue VA. Sorry we do not allow pets as some guest have pet allergies.
