Beautifully restored townhouse in centre of town, literally a stones throw to the Opera House and all the shops, restaurants and pubs within a short stroll. Perfect location to enjoy a break with family or friends. Extremely private patio garden to rear which has the old town wall as part of its boundary. The patio walls are uplit at night and provide a lovely atmospheric private space to enjoy a glass of wine or just relax. Parking is available across the street €4 per day.

The open plan living area contains a mix of seating options, including two armchairs and a small dining table with chairs. A wood pellet stove is positioned near the seating, contributing to the cozy atmosphere. Light from the overhead fixtures illuminates the neutral-colored walls.
