Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

The Apple Shed

The Apple Shed is on the grounds of a family home and has its own garden. It's in the same yard as The Hay Shed,has its own private garden but wifi is weaker than the Apple Shed Couples/friends, Bed can be split, request on booking. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Own entrance hall with carpeted stairs bringing you to open plan living area consisting of sitting room and kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms to either end of living area and bathroom centrally located. Bathroom consists of power shower, toilet and washhand basin. The master bedroom and living room also has a 32inch flatscreen TV. The kitchen includes typical kitchen appliances. Washing machine and dryer available in shed at side of house.

"Stable Cottage"

"Stable Cottage" is an old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse. It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old beams, pine boarded floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally, it was the stable where the horses were sheltered and fed for the winter months while the wheat, feed oats etc was stored on the loft overhead.

Fardy's Cottage

Fardy's Cottage offers a light and spacious base from which to explore Ireland's southeast. Situated less than 100m from an estuary the location is a bounty for nature enthusiasts. The cottage sleeps six including master bedroom with en-suite. Also included are WIFI, TV/DVD player and wood burning stove. The Hook Peninsula boasts some of the best beaches in the country, all within a 5-10 minute drive. Visits to The Hook lighthouse and Tintern Abbey are not to be missed!
