Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

A cosy farm stay, close to Knepp Castle and in the heart of the countryside. The Woodstore is fitted out with a kitchen and shower room, a king size bed, a dining area and a comfy sofa to watch the TV. A lovely seating area outside for the sunnier days. Direct access to numerous footpaths and cycle paths and a bird watchers paradise. The farm is also great for wild life watching. Bike storage available. South downs is nearby & Horsham with great eateries, and good local pubs.

Gorgeous open plan annex above garage. Property is positioned at the front of the main house with own access. The property used to be part of the well known Knepp estate so in a great position for walking & seeing the wild life on the estate. There are 3 pubs within walking distance (15-20 mins walk) & the newly opened restaurant on Knepp. We would advise you to have a car. You can get a taxi from Horsham station but once you are at the property the taxis can be unreliable.
