Where hay used to be laid is now a bedroom, and where the animals lived it is now people who move in. Everything has been renewed to modern and ecological standards. The old interior style has been preserved, so it has become a cozy house. It is quietly located, in the countyside on the edge of Waregem, with a view of the field. You can enjoy this peace in the garden.

wilburgs cloister is a country house in the tranquility of nature with a barrel sauna, petanke court and a very beautiful region for hiking and cycling. It is built with authentic materials and you will find the peace and coziness there! There is a very large garden ( playground ) provided and if the evening falls you can turn on very nice garden lighting. Within walking distance you are close to a provincial domain of 300 acres where you have a lot of nature and postponed walks.

The place is next to a biking & walking path and close to interesting historical places such as Ypres and Passendale, but also only 40 minutes away from Brugge or the sea side. You will enjoy the house because of the full privacy. The farm is 100 years old & has been restored with respect of all authentic elements, still offering all modern comfort such as a water bed, wifi, digital tv, wooden floors, ...

Flatscreen, WiFi, coffee and tea corner, are provided as standard. At the robust wooden monastery table with benches, you can dine and have fascinating conversations.

In the sitting area, there is a sofa bed. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. An equipped kitchen is provided. Ideal for exploring the west corner by bike. Enjoying the hot tub completes the stay.

Vake biedt ruimte, ruimte en nog eens ruimte. De perfecte plaats om tot rust te komen en een dromerige vakantie te beleven! Ondanks dat je vlakbij Brugge, Gent, Antwerpen en de Vlaamse en Zeeuwsche kust bent, zul je misschien vooral genieten van de accommodatie zelf. De oude stallen werden omgetoverd tot een eigenwijs zachte kern in een ruwe bolster.
