Free parking right outside the door. Potsdam can be reached in 15 minutes, and Berlin in less than 40 minutes.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

A magical place, the cabin is surrounded by nature by a beautiful pond. The combination of nature and comfort is unparalleled. The cabin was lovingly created and is newly built. The goal was to offer modern comfort (WiFi, hot water and comfortable beds) in a rustic style. The hot tub can be booked on site (€40 per stay) Charcoal, a lighter and wood will be provided. Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. We rent out a comfortable and fully equipped A-Frame cabin only 5 minutes away from the Zernsdorfer Lake. The perfect place to relax in nature but still enjoy the sights ob Berlin. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.
