Where the Oder-Havel Canal and the Old Finow Canal intersect, the entrance to the Schorfheide, there lies the picturesquely designed harbor village of Zerpenschleuse. Our house can be used all year round. It is equipped with gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The house is fully equipped. You only need your personal belongings. The terrace overlooking the harbor is generously covered, so it can also be used well on rainy days. Shopping locally in the Netto market with bakery and the vacation begins.

If you are looking for absolute tranquility in nature, right on the zaberous and clean lake, surrounded by birds and other animals, in the neighborhood of the natural park "Unteres Odertal" and only about 2 hours from Berlin, then you are in the right place! Whether a boat trip at sunset, letting go of everyday life in the sauna temple (on request), a bike ride or hike through forests and fields - or just switch off in front of the fire, you can find all this in the house on the lake! Waking up to bird chirping and overlooking the glittering Lübbesee? You can do this in our house on the lake - perfect for holidays with family and friends or workation in the countryside. It has three cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious sun terraces. In addition, a large living room with open access to the kitchen-living room, which invites you to cook and linger and has access to the garden. In total, the house accommodates up to six adults plus infants.

Vacation home in the countryside

The apartment is located in a stylish 2023 old farmhouse in the nature reserve of the Schorfheide, and is only a 2-minute walk away from the lake, where you can go for a quiet and relaxed bath. The house has a rowboat, which can be used for a fee (€10/day). From the large outdoor terrace you can observe cranes and storks in the meadow belonging to the farm. Chorin Monastery and Brodowin Ecovillage are each a 15-minute drive away (30 minutes by bike).

Fishing is also possible on Lake Rahm with a fishing license.
