With log burner , good quality fittings , furnishings, bedding, wi-fi and kitchen, Mabels offers an all year round relaxing comfortable experience. Enjoy amazing views, fabulous walks, drives and cycle routes on your doorstep where Hawes has been a long time favourite for people visiting the Dales. A quick shower after your day out walking and you are minutes away from lots of places to eat, drink and lovely shops.

Hawes .16 th C Elizabethan enchanting Cottage.

The 16 century cottage has been in my husbands family since Elizabethan times . It has a private south facing garden .Beautifully furnished with antique furniture It’s a truly magical little cottage and feels like you have stepped back in time . A deep bath . Log burning stove . Period furniture . What’s not to like. Situated just outside Hawes a 5 minute walk ! Or walk over the field in less time . River walks from the door step . And if you’re lucky you might see the red squirrel’s .

Newly renovated, the contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of local gin in the enclosed garden with hot tub looking out over the idyllic views of Wensleydale, towards Penn Hill.
