For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Cozy nest for two

Relax, unwind, enjoy nature, let your mind wander and simply do what you feel like doing. On our farm in Tresdorf - a small place, sunny, in the heart of the Mölltal, right next to the Hohe Tauern National Park. The nearby ski resorts invite you to ski in winter and the Mölltal Glacier, even beyond, invites you to ski. The “Alpen Adria Trail” on the mountain and the “Großglockner Radweg R8” lead directly past us. They make hikers' and cyclists' hearts beat faster.

Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Idyllic alpine hut with sauna in NPHT

The Ederhof is a permaculture farm in the Großglockner area, Hohe Tauern National Park. A small alpine hut with an earth sauna and a wet biotope, located about 200m from the farmstead. The hut, with a view of the mountains and into the valley, is quaint and cozy in its simplicity. Natural materials give the living comfort a lovely warm character. With its restriction to the essentials, it provides the space for silence. The alpine hut can be booked all year round.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Himmelsstiege vacation home

This stylish place to stay is perfect for 2-5 people. It is located in the middle of the Mölltal, with all its sights. The Grossglockner, the Mölltal Glacier and the Mallnitz Valley are in the immediate vicinity. Lienz in East Tyrol, as well as Spittal an der Drau, can be reached in about three quarters of an hour by car. A bus stop is right in front of the house. Skiers can take the Postbus to the ski resorts for free.
